Late Lala Chet Ram Tayal was a well known social worker and philanthropist of Riyasat Jind. He was a ( KURSI-NASHEEN ) in the court of Maharaja of Jind. During his life-time he established many charitable Trusts and welfare institutions and contributed financial and moral support towards their smooth functioning. His son, Late Lala Laxmi Narayan Tayal furthered the mission and established a trust in his memory and started several welfare Projects, Viz., a park in model town, Panipat, Dharamshala in PANDU – PINDARA, free guest room for Yatries in Kedar Nath & Haridwar, His present successors have gone a step ahead in realising his original concept of spreading the academic / professional education and have started various educational institutions. This institution, named LCRT PUBLIC SCHOOL is meant to prepare the children to become the future leaders, vibrant citizens of the nation. Now to keep the torch burning by his grandson Ravinder Tayal has added another feather to cap by opening LCRT COLLEGE OF EDUCATION to flourish the citizens of his area by giving quality education.
